Sandpiper Brewing Company

In 2023, Sandpiper opened as the first brewery in Onslow County. This small, father-daughter-owned and operated nano-brewery, located in the town of Holly Ridge, is just minutes from Topsail Island. Sandpiper offers several of its own beers, along with guest taps, to provide a rotating selection of traditional-style craft beers. Additionally, the brewery offers a small variety of non-beer options and snacks from Topsail Island Popcorn.

Transformed from an old house, the tap room is open and inviting. One of its most popular features is the large outdoor deck and beer garden, which are customer favorites. A final noteworthy highlight is the locally handcrafted bar top, which features a beach scene embedded with real shark teeth. Pictures don’t do it justice—you have to see it for yourself!
