Let us all raise a glass to Ogden bottle shop Fermental, as they have been named Best Beer Bar in North Carolina by the Brewers Association! Every year, CraftBeer.com (the Brewing Association’s consumer-facing website) invites their readership to nominate their favorite beer bars. According to the popular website, they’re looking for, “An impressive craft beer menu, a stellar atmosphere, and servers who know their stuff.” Anyone who’s been to Fermental knows that they have just that.

Fermental will be celebrating their seventh anniversary this Saturday, March 7th from 2-10p. As usual, they’re boasting “Rare beer. Fine wine. Good times.” with a side of food trucks, live music, giveaways, and another delicious King of Nothing collaboration with New Anthem Beer Project. Food trucks include For the Shell of It at 2p and 2 Bros Coastal Cuisine 6p. Musical acts throughout the day are James VanDeuson at 2pm, Andrew Kasab at 4pm, The Smoky Dunes at 6pm, and Boba Funk at 8pm.

Friends of the bottle shop who have been to an anniversary party before may be familiar with the fuzzy pink pig who has been known to make an appearance, and they can look forward to posing with that pig for a picture once again! #doitforthegram

So round up some friends and hop in an uber to go celebrate North Carolina’s Best Beer Bar as they celebrate their customers, friends, and supporters for their Year Seven party!
